Dynamic Workflows: Generating harnesses on the fly

Anthropic recently released a new Claude Code feature called Dynamic Workflows. I have been testing it on many use cases, ranging from deep research to business use cases. I am convinced that, similar to agent skills, dynamic workflows are an important primitive for how to work with agents on even more complex use cases. Join me as I share how I reverse-engineered dynamic workflows to work with other coding agents (Codex and Pi), including our own custom-built coding agent (dair-agent).
