AI Tutor Conversations:
When you use our AI Tutor, we collect the messages you send and the tutor's responses, together with the lesson or course context relevant to your question. These conversations are linked to your account so you can revisit them. We do not send your name, email, or other direct identifiers to the AI provider that generates the responses.

- OpenAI: To power our AI Tutor. Your tutor messages and the relevant lesson context are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. OpenAI processes this data as our processor under a Data Processing Agreement, does not use it to train its models, and we do not share your name, email, or other direct identifiers with it.
We require these partners to protect your data in line with our policies and applicable laws. We also use industry-standard security measures, such as HTTPS, encryption, and two-factor authentication, to safeguard your information.
